Clay for a Day: FUN-Damentals

Children, ages 7-12, will learn the FUN-damentals of clay in these one day summer classes while exploring color, shape and texture to create sculptural and functional pieces. Students will explore rolling a coil, pressing slabs and decorating their ceramic creations using glazes. Students will enjoy a one hour lunch break near the Roofless Church, adjacent to the NH Clay Studio. Parents are asked to provide a brown bag sack lunch for their child. We will glaze and fire finished projects that will be available for pick-up after the class ends. This is a summer class your child won’t want to miss!
