FUN-Damentals: Clay for a Day Class

Children, ages 7-12, will learn the FUN-damentals of clay in these one day summer classes while exploring color, shape and texture to create sculptural and functional pieces. Students will explore rolling a coil, pressing slabs and decorating their ceramic creations using glazes. Students will enjoy a one hour lunch break near the Roofless Church, adjacent to the NH Clay Studio. Parents are asked to provide a brown bag sack lunch for their child. We will glaze and fire finished projects that children will be able to take home. This is a class your child will not want to miss!
